I didn't used to work out at all, and let met tell you--it showed. I felt like my entire body was covered in fat, and I knew that I had to do something to make a change. Instead of worrying and getting down on myself, I started focusing on getting enough exercise each and every day. It was a lot to process, but after I got into a normal routine, it became much easier. Within about six months, I could see a visible difference in my body, and it was a great feeling. I wanted to start this blog to encourage other people. Enjoy!
